Eva Mendes is both an actor and a model. A talent agent noticed her talent and encouraged her to go on a path as a model or actor. After much reflection she left school to join in the entertainment world. Her first appearance was in the movie 'Children of the Corn' in Fields of Terror. She wasn't happy with her performance. The actor was trained through appearances in low-budget film productions. It was not an effortless path for this actress however, her determination and perseverance was rewarded.
