Suzanne Pleshette (born June 25, 1942) was an American actress, voice-over performer and writer. In her almost five-decade career, she's earned more than 100 credits. Pleshette was born in New York and began her stage career as an actor. In later years she decided to gradually transition to film. The most notable movies include 'Rome Adventure', 'The Birds', 'Fate is The Hunter' If it's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium and 'Support Your Local Gunfighter'. In addition, she played various roles on TV series and movies. She was once nominated as an Emmy Award as well as Two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette, who was twice nominated, won the Laurel Award for 'The Birds" in 1963. Her death in 2008 resulted in an award posthumously conferred to her Star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
