Summer Glau, an American actress, is famous for her performances in the roles of River Tam and Cameron in Firefly. Sarah Connor Chronicles. Besides these she has starred in TV series The 4400 The Unit The Cape Arrow and Sequestered as well as guest-starred in the shows Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck and Hawaii Five-0. As well as appearing in movies like Serenity, Knights of Badassdom and Knights of Badassdom, the actress has appeared in TV films as well as short-films like Mammoth the Initiation of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon assist with the holiday season Dead End Inside the Box and numerous others. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Marcela Quintanilla also had three children. Selena started her musical career at the age of 8 an old. Her father started a band. Selena performed as the lead guitarist of the group, as did her older brothers Abraham junior playing base, and sister Suzette who played the drums. Selena acted as the singer. Selena Y Los Dino was the name of her band and Selena would sing with other siblings at restaurants, bars and at wedding festivals. Selena was not able to enjoy a full childhood as the band required an extensive amount of time. But their father Abraham wanted to motivate the band and eventually they were passionate musicians. Abraham Senior was one of the members of the first band Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos formed officially in the year 1981. It was Quintanilla's family's primary business venture and source of revenue. While there were difficult times in the beginning, with a lack of cash, the Quintanilla family persevered and remained focused in their quest to create a successful band. Selena Y Los Dinos, the band that gained traction in Western States by the end of the 1980s is the result of their persistence. Selena's first breakthrough came in the year 1986, when she was awarded awards as Female Vocalist of The Year as well as Performer of The Year at the Tejano music awards. Selena Y Los Dinos became popular and well-known after this point. They appeared on numerous television shows in Spanish, including El Show De Johnny Canales Always On Sunday and Sabado Gigante.
